Position overview
Responsible for the growth and profitability of the district operations while providing and promoting the leadership, vision, support, direction and enforcement of company policies for all operations within the district and market served by performing the following duties.
Job Duties:
Cultivate your green team and watch them grow with Emerald.
Grow long-term relationships with customers by understanding the client's expectations and exceed those expectations with superior service.
Drive multimillion-dollar revenues and branch profitability and expedite contracts and billing.
Hire, train, inspire and develop branch staff.
Work with account managers and your production managers to plan and implement crew work assignments.
Participate in associations that promote and support your business growth.
Focus on customer service, teamwork, communication, ethics and safety for your clients.
Qualifications:
Love of the outdoors.
Direct supervisory grounds maintenance experience with strong history of sales and account management performance.
Knowledge of best management practices and plant materials for landscape horticulture.
Preferred: turf, weed, tree and shrub ID and pathology knowledge
Ability to complete first aid, CPR and defensive driving course upon hire.
Valid driver's license
Preferred: Relevant pesticide and related licenses and certificates, if required by state law.
Benefits:
Competitive Salary range of $100,000-$140,000 plus bonuses, commensurate with experience.
